We are looking for an Associate Software Engineer to join our engineering team and grow into a well-rounded software developer. This is a Associate Software Engineer role based in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and testing software applications
• Write clean, well-structured code under the guidance of senior engineers
• Fix bugs and support maintenance of existing applications
• Participate in code reviews and learn best coding practices
• Collaborate with team members on assigned modules and features
• Document code and processes as required
• Continuously learn new tools, frameworks, and technologies

Requirements

• Basic understanding of programming concepts and at least one programming language
• Familiarity with data structures and problem-solving techniques
• Basic knowledge of SQL and databases
• Understanding of version control tools such as Git is a plus
• Strong willingness to learn and grow technically
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Ability to work well in a team environment
